We trade on-line and from our warehouse, and we are therefore are able to pass on the savings we make to you. You will find that most of our prices are about 30% lower than comparable products in hardware stores, and sometimes up to 50% lower.

Also we are happy to offer you tips for a better result, and will do our best to reply to your email or telephone queries as quickly and thoroughly as possible. We know that the best business is return business, so we build relationships with our customers for the long term, both for your benefit and ours.

We know that you are keen to get on with the job, and as such we always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We use Australia Post Express and Registered services only, for security and speed, as well as the services of “Couriers Please” and a range of other private couriers. After receiving your order and payment we usually ship within 3 business days, and often less. If your order is urgent, just let us know and we will do what we can to help.

We take credit card details on a secure page, and if there are any delays in availability we will not process your payment without your consent.
