Drawer Pulls

Give drawers a classic finishing touch with cup pulls, fluted designs, ornate ironwork and clean half-moon shapes. Our drawer pulls range includes warm brass and copper tones, black, chrome and nickel finishes, with styles for farmhouse kitchens, Shaker cabinetry and restored furniture.

Cup pulls, also called bin pulls, have a hooded shape that you grip from underneath. Pair them with kitchen knobs on cupboard doors for a familiar traditional look, or mix them with cabinet pull handles where you prefer an open grip.

Choosing the size and finish

For replacement handles, start with the fixing centres: the distance from the centre of one screw hole to the centre of the other. This is different from the pull's overall width. Compare both measurements, plus the height and projection, so the new pull fits the drawer and leaves comfortable finger space. Our hardware glossary explains common measuring terms.

On new cabinetry, a smaller cup pull can look neat on a narrow drawer; a larger pull or a balanced pair can suit a wider front. Lay out the handles against the drawer rails before drilling to settle the proportions and position.

A shared finish ties different handle shapes together. Choosing within one brand and finish is a good starting point for close coordination, while similar colour and sheen can also work beautifully across ranges. Finish names vary between brands, so our team can help find the closest visual match. Browse the wider kitchen handles collection for companion pieces.

Drawer pull FAQs

Both fixing styles are available. Face-fixed pulls screw into the front of the drawer; rear-fixed pulls fasten through from behind, concealing the screw heads. Use the selected pull's fixing details and supplied instructions rather than assuming every cup pull installs the same way.

Yes. Two cup pulls are a popular choice on wide drawers and traditional dressers. Space them evenly for a balanced look and comfortable use. A single wider handle is another option if you prefer a simpler front.

Yes, provided their position and grip suit the door. They are often paired with knobs on hinged cupboards, but there is no rule requiring that combination. For a handle you can grasp from several directions, compare drop handles or an open pull handle.
