How long do I have to return an item?
Most items can be returned within 90 days of purchase.
However, some brands require shorter return windows.
This gives you time to check your items and make sure they’re right for your project before installing.

Return Costs and Item Condition
Who pays for return shipping?
The postage cost to return items will be at your expense.
If the item you are returning was sold to you with free shipping, the original freight cost that we were charged but did not pass on at the time of your order will be deducted from your refund.
What condition must the item be in?
We can only accept returns if they are returned in original, resalable condition
Please check your items carefully before returning, as items that are damaged or scratched cannot be accepted.
Returned items must:
• Be unused
• Be in original, unopened packaging
• Be in resalable condition
Returns cannot be accepted if:
• The product has been installed
• Sealed internal plastic bags/packaging have been opened
• The product has been scratched or damaged
- Returns with sealed internal plastic bags/packaging will not be accepted if they have been opened.
- Returns with damaged boxes will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
- Do not attach shipping labels directly to product boxes, send within a protective box.
- We recommend you pack your returns well as we cannot refund or exchange any items that have been damaged in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Some of our products are non-returnable, such as special finish tapware that is made to order.
Vanitone vanities are custom made and are non-returnable.
You would have been contacted regarding this if you purchased a non-returnable item before it was shipped.
How to Start a Return
How do I start a return?
Please contact our team with:
• Your order number
• The items you wish to return
We will then:
• Confirm the return address
• Send you a Return Authorisation form to include in the parcel
We’ll make the process as simple as possible and let you know exactly what to do.
You will be emailed a copy of our return terms and conditions with your Return Authorisation which must be followed.
Please wait for your Return Authorisation before posting your return, as this will confirm the return address.
- Please allow up to 7 business days once your return arrives for our team to process it.
- After inspection, we will issue your refund or exchange.
- A manufacturer’s restocking fee may apply on some items and will be deducted from your refund.
