Free shipping Australia-wide applies to all Meir kitchen sinks and tapware. For all other Meir items, shipping can be estimated at checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
Depending on the size, orders will be delivered by courier or Australia Post.
As all sinks are large items, a physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.
When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.
If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
Change of mind: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 30-day period.
Restocking fee: A restocking fee applies. The rate can vary, so please phone or email us to confirm the current amount.
Original shipping cost: The shipping cost we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund, even if delivery was free to you.
Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.
RA validity: The RA is valid for 10 business days, so please ensure your return is sent within this period.
Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose parts such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.

Select any number of finish samples you'd like to see in person. You'll be charged a base price of $15, plus $2 for each finish sample selected.
