These quadrant stays are designed for use on outward opening awning windows hinged at the bottom or the top. These are suitable for timber windows only (supplied with wood screws). These stays are used to hold an awning window open. They are not designed to lock an awning window shut.

Please Note:This item has a clear lacquer coating to protect the polished brass finish, however, due to the nature of brass they will tarnish in time (particularly with items that are in high touch areas).
