Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
Orders are delivered by courier.
A physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.

Returns

Change of mind: Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 21-day period.

Original shipping cost: The shipping cost we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund, even if delivery was free at checkout.
