    • The Nostalgic Warehouse range is imported from the United States and is available in Australia exclusively through Restoration Online.
    • Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery.
    • Deliveries are normally sent via Australia Post, although larger orders may be sent by courier.
    • When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

    • If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
    Returns
    • Change of mind: Returns are accepted within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 90 day period.

    • Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.

    • Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
