- For large items, a physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.
- When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

- Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
