The Beeswax finish is achieved by dipping the forged steel into hot beeswax, preserving the natural colours ranging from blue to deep red ochre. This process results in a subtle, matt richness and offers excellent protection for internal use. The Beeswax finish provides a softer alternative to a black powder coated finish. For further protection and to maintain the beauty of the Beeswax finish, we advise re-coating your product with our ‘Maintenance Wax’ (33002) from time to time. Please note that the Beeswax finish has a tactile wax residue which may leave marks.
