Standard shipping for Iver orders is $11.00.
You can upgrade to express shipping for an additional $17.00 when ordering only Iver or sister brand Tradco items. Express shipping reduces the delivery time but does not change the dispatch timeframe.
Iver orders are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days.
Deliveries may be sent via courier or Australia Post.
When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns

Change of mind: Please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 90-day period.
Restocking fee: No restocking fee applies for Iver returns.
Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.
RA validity: The RA is valid for 10 business days, so please ensure your return is sent within this period.
Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, with packaging intact and in resaleable condition. Boxes or packaging must not be marked in any way.
Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose parts such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
