    • A flat shipping rate of $11.00 applies to all N2Lok orders.
    • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days.
    • Deliveries may be sent via courier or Australia Post.
    • A physical street address is preferred, however PO Boxes are acceptable for small orders.
    • When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

    Returns
    • Change of mind: Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 30-day period.

    • Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
    • Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
    • Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose components such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
    • Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
