    • Free shipping Australia-wide applies to all Nicolazzi tapware. For all other Nicolazzi items, shipping can be estimated at checkout.
    • For stocked Nicolazzi items, orders are usually dispatched within 4 business days. If dispatch will take longer, we will contact you. Special-order Nicolazzi items are ordered from Italy and may take up to 16 weeks for production and delivery.
    • Orders are delivered by courier.
    • A physical street address is required for delivery. PO Boxes cannot be used.
    • When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

    • If your order includes items from multiple brands, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the products selected, and your items may arrive in separate parcels.
    Returns
    • Change of mind: Please contact us within 21 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 21-day period.
    • Finish eligibility:
       • Eligible finishes for change-of-mind returns include Chrome, Polished Nickel, Brushed Brass, Raw Brass, and Shining Brass.
      • All other Nicolazzi finishes are special finishes and are non-returnable.
      • If you order a non-returnable finish, we will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm your selection.
    • Restocking fee: A restocking fee applies. The rate may vary, so please phone or email us to confirm the current amount.
    • Original shipping cost: The shipping cost we incurred to send your order will be deducted from your refund, even if delivery was free at checkout.
    • Return Authorisation (RA): Contact us to begin a return and we will issue an RA form for you to include with your item. We will also provide the correct return address.
    • RA validity: The RA is valid for 10 business days, so please ensure your return is sent within this period.
    • Return postage: Return postage is your responsibility. We recommend using insured postage and packing the item securely, as we cannot refund items damaged in transit.
    • Condition of goods: Items must be unopened, in original packaging, with all packaging intact and in resaleable condition.
    • Packing requirements: Please pack items securely. Loose components such as screws or bolts can cause scratches or breakages, so ensure there is no metal-on-metal contact.
    • Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.
