The From the Anvil range is imported from the United Kingdom and is available in Australia exclusively through Restoration Online.
Please allow approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery.
Deliveries are normally sent via Australia Post, although larger orders may be sent by courier.
When your order arrives, please check the items carefully and contact us within 48 hours if there is any damage or if something doesn’t look right. Our team will assist promptly.

Returns

Change of mind: Please contact us within 90 days of receiving your order. Returned items must arrive back to us within this 90-day period.

Installed items: We cannot accept returns for any item that has been installed.

Crafted from mild steel by From The Anvil in the UK, this face-fix escutcheon is designed for euro locks and includes matching screws for easy installation. Please note, due to the handmade nature of this product, all measurements are approximate.

The External Beeswax finish, unique to From The Anvil, is made from anti-corrosive beeswax and has a rich, matt appearance. The color can vary from blue to a deep red ochre, offering a softer alternative to a black powder-coated finish. Due to the nature of this finish, there will be a tactile wax residue on the surface. This can cause black marks on surfaces that come into contact with the item, including skin and clothing. For lasting protection, we recommend applying ‘Maintenance Wax’ (33002) periodically. Regular oiling of moving parts is recommended for longevity. For accompanying internal products, we suggest our beeswax finish.
